Full-time Headteacher (Starting September 2023 or sooner)
Salary Scale L8 – L21 dependent on experience
The Governors are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who can continue to
inspire both staff and pupils to achieve their full potential in line with our vision statement.
In December 2017, OFSTED rated the school as Good in all areas and said that ‘’Heathwood is an inclusive school that underpins all aspects of school life’’. The Governing Body is looking for someone with the vision, energy and commitment who will build on our strengths, champion a wonderful learning environment for all, and look ahead to the future.
